The Redmi Note series is now one of Xiaomi's most popular phones. This time the manufacturer Xiaomi has released their 'Redmi Note 9' in the market. The phone has all the trending designs and features of 2020, trying to make it the best medium budget phone.

Among the new phones in the midrange market of 2020, the Note 9 device will have to compete with the phones like Realmy 6, Huawei Y7P, Samsung Galaxy M30S.

Design-

On Redmi Note 9 you will get a premium design. This phone has a gradient finish back panel on the back. In this panel you will get good light reflection. You will get a premium look from the phone for this finish. However, the back panel is not smudge proof, your handprint will be on the back panel when using. So it is better to use a back cover on the phone. Xiaomi has given you a very good but not removable back cover with this phone in the phone box.

The front panel has a 6.73-inch IPS LCD capacitive display with hole-punch. The display is not AMOLED but good enough. In this phone you will get brightness up to 450 nits and also comes with night mode so that you will not have any problem with your eyes when working at night. This display is a multi touch display.

The resolution of the display is 2340 × 1080 pixels and the ppi level is 395. The phone is very good in terms of screen and back panel and will give you a premium phone look in your hand. However, the phone weighs 199 grams, which makes the phone feel a little heavier in your hands.

On top of the phone is a secondary microphone and an IR blaster.

At the bottom is a UC Type-C port, speakers and a 3.5mm audio jack. Volume rocker on the right, power button and SIM card tray on the left. There are three camera setups on the back and LED flash and fingerprint sensor.

Performance-

The Redmi Note 9 uses a MediaTek Helio G65 processor. The Redmi is 32% faster GPU and 22% faster CPU than its previous Note 8. However, you can expect a Snapdragon 610 processor for this pricey phone. Made with 12 nanometer Octacore technology, this processor has a frequency of 1.6 GHz and the processor saves up to 35% energy. The phone will have no difficulty in playing heavy games with high graphics like Call of Duty, Battlefield, Pubji Mobile. In other words, the phone is quite good for gaming lovers.

You will get better experience using voice calls, SMS, social media. Using multiple apps at once will not be a problem. Although this phone does not have a high refresh rate display.

Due to the large and heavy Redmi Note 9 will be a problem to use. Playing games with this phone in both hands can also be a problem. You can feel pain in your hands even if you talk on the phone for a while. Although the fingerprint sensor sensor and face unlock of this phone will work fast.

The camera of this phone is bright enough. The phone's hole punch display can cause problems when viewing full screen videos. Pubzi mobile game has been played on this phone in high preset. The phone got a little hot after playing this game for 30 minutes. Although there was no problem with the graphics of the game.

Redmi Note 9 works on MIUI version 11 built on Android 10. It has a 5020 mAh battery. Due to the low resolution of the display, long backups can be obtained from the battery. It can be used for 2 consecutive days on full charge once using normal quality. Although the phone supports 16 watt fast charging, the capacity of the charger provided with the phone is 10 watts.

The phone has a USB Type-C port. Typically the Type-C port is not available on phones in this range. So it can be called a good aspect of this phone. With a powerful processor, good battery, fast charging, Type-C port, and connectivity, the phone will be a good choice for you.

The camera

As I said before, it has four rear cameras. Its main rear camera is 46 megapixels. There is a lens with f / 1.6 aperture. It comes with an 8-megapixel ultra wide angle sensor that is capable of capturing images up to 190 degrees. There is also a 2 megapixel macro camera and a 2 megapixel depth sensor.

The front has a 16 megapixel camera with an aperture
